个人简历

杨军,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,2005年毕业于中国科学技术大学物理系,获理学博士学位,2005年起任职于合肥工业大学。在国内外发表学术论文100多篇,授权发明专利11项。主要研究方向包括:新型人工电磁超材料、可重构太赫兹器件与天线,光电探测与应用等。

研究领域

新型电磁超材料;太赫兹可重构器件及天线;光电检测及应用;太赫兹检测技术等。
